You can typically expect to receive your purchase within 5-14 business days (usually fastest). This depends on your location. However, please note that during peak seasons or promotional periods, there may be a slight delay. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email to track its progress.

3. Which shipping methods do you offer?

At the moment, we provide standard shipping and are looking to expand into express shipping for faster deliveries.

4. Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, including Apple Pay, Google Pay, Mastercard, Visa, PayPal and more. The available payment options will be displayed during the checkout process.

5. What is your returns and refund policy?

Our returns and refund policy is applicable only in the case of manufacturing defects. If you receive an iPhone case with a manufacturing problem, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return. We are unable to offer refunds or accept returns for cases damaged due to accidental drops, misuse, or improper handling. 9. Are the cases wireless/MagSafe compatible? 

Yes, our cases do allow the iPhone to charge wirelessly. In order to use MagSafe with our cases, you must place it in between both layers of the case. The MagSafe itself is not included.
