Refunds

We strive to provide you with high-quality products that meet your expectations. We understand that sometimes things don't go as planned, and we want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

All of our products are unique and produced only once ordered. Due to this, returns and exchanges are not supported if the customer ordered the wrong size, material or changed their mind.

However, if you receive a product with a manufacturing error or a damaged item, we offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 14 days of product delivery. To initiate the process, please send an email to sales@nujami.com with your order number and clear photos showing the issue.

In case there's an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.

Please note that Nujami will not be held responsible for orders with incorrect shipping details or orders where the customer ordered the wrong size or color. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the correct information is provided when placing the order.
